Welcome to Pälish Kids. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of palishkids.com (the “Website”), which is owned and operated by Pälish LLC (“Pälish,” “Pälish Kids,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Pälish Kids

Pälish Kids is a collection of kid-focused bath, body, skincare, hair care, lip care, gifts, accessories, and related products offered by Pälish LLC.

Although many of our products are created for children, purchases from palishkids.com must be made by an adult age 18 or older.

2. Children and Parent/Guardian Supervision

Pälish Kids products are marketed for children and families, but this Website is intended to be used for shopping and transactions by parents, guardians, and other adults.

If an item purchased from Pälish goes on sale within 14 days of the original purchase, please contact us to ask whether a price adjustment is available. Eligible adjustments will generally be issued using the original form of payment.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be outside Pälish's control.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission from Pälish LLC.
