Shipping & Returns

At Pälish Kids, we do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During holidays, special promotions, or especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Pälish Kids is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

At this time, Pälish Kids ships within the United States only.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Because Pälish Kids is a small business, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, bath, body, hair, or lip products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less the $7.00 return shipping fee and any original shipping charges, if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and, when possible, photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return once opened or used:

Skincare, bath and body products, lip products, hair products, cosmetics, bath bombs, and other personal-care products.

Sale, clearance, final-sale, or customized items may also be non-returnable when noted on the product page.
